Yale’s premier men’s a cappella choir to perform in Manila

MANILA, Philippines – Are you a fan of the Pitch Perfect movies? Have you always wanted to listen to live a cappella? Do you appreciate music without auto-tune?

If your answer is yes to any of these, come listen to the Whiffenpoofs of Yale, the oldest collegiate a cappella group in the United States, and the premier men’s a cappella choir of Yale University! 

The Whiffenpoofs are coming to Manila for a one-night only concert as part of their yearly global tour, which takes them to various stops in the US, Europe and Asia. Watch their performance for a good cause!

1. Deposit (official receipt to be forwarded to you)

Please email deposit slip/screenshot together with guest’s names to mara.boquiren@gmail.com.
Personalized e-tickets will be emailed to you, to be printed and presented at the concert.
Official receipt can be claimed at the concert.

2. Parish Office

Look for Ms. Flor and purchase your ticket (9 am-12 nn and 1:30-5:30 pm, Mondays to Fridays).
Completely fill out the ticket retrieval form.
Ask for an official receipt.

3. At the door

Present your e-ticket or ticket together with a valid ID.

Founded in 1909, the “Whiffs” began as a senior quartet that met for weekly concerts at Mory’s Temple Bar, the famous Yale tavern. Today, the group is one of the university’s most celebrated traditions. They have performed for generations at a number of venues, including Lincoln Center, the White House, the Salt Lake Tabernacle, Oakland Coliseum, Carnegie Hall and the Rose Bowl. The group has appeared on such television shows as The Today Show, Saturday Night Live, Gilmore Girls, The West Wing, and Glee.
