MANILA, Philippines – A graduate of the University of the Philippines-Manila topped the Physician Licensure Exam this year, the Professional Regulation Commission announced Friday, August 31.

UP Manila graduate Carol Stephanie Chua Tan garnered a rating of 89.75%, leading the list of 1,684 examinees. The PRC said 2,137 took the exam.
