MANILA, Philippines – The Global Online Association for Learning (GOAL), in cooperation with ADEC Innovations and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), is hosting the Learning Summit 2016 from Feb 16 to 18 at the SMX Convention Center in Manila. 

With the global landscape of learning and corporate development constantly changing, Learning Summit 2016 aims to provide fresh insights on technologies of learning, as well as related business and knowledge opportunities.

The summit’s workshops will help participants identify their learning needs and choose which technologies for learning are best suited for their individual and corporate needs. Plenary sessions will give an overview of the impact of digital technology on learning methods around the world and how the Philippines can maximize these emerging opportunities.

Elliott Masie, e-learning advocate and CEO of the Masie Center, will be the summit’s keynote speaker. Completing the roster of speakers for the plenary sessions are Asian Development Bank Principal Knowledge Management Specialist Olivier Serrat, Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra Music Director Olivier Fabrice Ochanine, Ballet Manila CEO Lisa Macuja-Elizalde, and CHED Executive Director Atty. Julito Vitriolo, among others.

Ticket prices for the full three days are P5,500 or $250 for academic attendees and P8,000 or $300 for corporate participants. Prices for individual days will vary.
