The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Tuesday, June 14 that 1,406 out of 2,784 passed the Pharmacist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Pharmacy in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao this June 2016.

The Board of Pharmacy is composed of Ms. Adelina C. Royo (inhibited), Chairman; Dr. Mildred B. Oliveros and Mr. Anthony Aldrin C. Santiago, Members.

The results were released in two working days after the last day of examination.

From June 27 to June 29, 2016, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag) and 2 sets of documentary stamps. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination will be announced later.
