While a New Year brings with it new promises and opportunities, graduating college students count down their final months of formal schooling and jitter on securing the right first job.
The University of the Philippines, Diliman holds its annual University Job Fair (UJF) to be held on January 29 to February 1, 2013 at the Bahay ng Alumni inside UP Diliman campus. The event will be participated by the country’s biggest companies, small-scale businesses, non-government organizations (NGOS) and government offices.
The UJF also holds seminars designed to help the students in choosing their career path and to equip them with the right job application skills. These include workshops on resume writing, power-dressing, mock interviews and many others.
UJF 2013 is made possible through the efforts of the University of the Philippines Administration, the UP Office of Counseling and Guidance, along with the University Student Council, the UP Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, and the UP Advertising Core.
