MANILA, Philippines - A total of 26 out of 43 passed the Chief Marine Engineer Officers Licensure Examination, 194 out of 332 passed the Second Marine Engineer Officers Licensure Examination, and 318 out of 499 passed the Officer-in-charge of an Engineering Watch Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Tuesday, February 19.

The exam was given by the Board for Marine Engineer Officers in Manila and Iloilo this February 2013.
