Watch European short films under the stars

MANILA, Philippines – On the Thursday, of October 23, UP EURO will hold an open-field film showing for students and film enthusiasts alike. European short films from the different European embassies and institutions in the Philippines will be shown in this event.

These short films vary in genres and styles such that viewers will get to see and appreciate the different aspects of European culture. Furthermore, they will be able to do this in a refreshing environment: under the stars.

The said event will be held 6 pm to 10 pm at the CS Amphitheatre, University of the Philippines, Diliman. The event is open to all and is free. 

UP EURO is a duly recognized, university-wide student organization that caters to the interests of those who envision a mutually beneficial common future between the Philippines and Europe.

Its birth is inspired by the current waves in Europe towards full integration. The organization maintains partnerships with various European embassies in the Philippines, as well as oversees projects and events with these institutions to uphold the ideals of both parties. – Rappler.com
