Banks to shorten operations on Dec 24

MANILA, Philippines – Bank operations will be suspended on Thursday, December 25, but automated teller machine services will remain online.

Beginning Wednesday, December 24, major banks will shorten their operating hours for employees to prepare for the long government-declared holidays which lasts until January 2015.
