The airport’s runway 18 threshold was displaced by 638 meters due to the accident where a Bombardier GL50 executive aircraft carrying several Cabinet secretaries on their way back to Manila after Pope Francis’ visit in the province was hit by a strong crosswind while taxiing for take off.
