All vehicles coming from Jones Bridge, McArthur Bridge or Quezon Bridge using the southbound lane of Roxas Blvd: Take Palacio St, straight to Ma. Orosa right to T.M. Kalaw, left to M.H. del Pilar, left to Pres. Quirino, right to Mabini; or use Taft Avenue to destination. 

All vehicles coming from the northern part of Manila intending to use the southbound lane of Roxas Blvd from P. Burgos to P. Ocampo: Turn left to P. Burgos, right to Ma. Orosa, right to T.M. Kalaw, left to M.H. del Pilar, left to Pres. Quirino, right to Mabini; or use Taft Avenue to destination.

All vehicles coming from adjacent roads of P. Burgos, T.M. Kalaw, UN Avenue, Pedro Gil, Pres. Quirino, and P. Ocampo: Take Taft Avenue, or M.H. del Pilar to destination.

All vehicles traveling westbound lane of Pres. Quirino intending to use the southbound lane of Roxas Blvd: Turn left to Adriatico, right to P. Ocampo, left to FB Harrison to destination. – Rappler.com
