MANILA, Philippines – A 220-meter air-conditioned elevated bridge connecting Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 with Newport City in Pasay City is set to open in the first half of 2017, Public Works and Highways and Transportation secretaries said.

“Rest assured, this will not be the last. There would be more bicycle lanes, pedestrian-friendly facilities constructed,” Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade said.
