MANILA, Philippines – Century Properties’ condominium project in Quezon City, the company’s first affordable offering, enjoys brisk take-up.

In a statement, Century Properties COO and Managing Director Marco Antonio said they have sold 92% or 1,395 out of 1,515 units in “Residences at Commonwealth.”

The mid-rise project, which is expected to cost P4 billion, will have 8 towers featuring one-, two-bedroom units and suites with area of 21 to 72 square meters.

The project sits on a 4.4-hectare property along Commonwealth Avenue, near Don Antonio Heights in Quezon City.

Century Properties’ other projects include Azure Urban Resort Residences in Paranaque City, and Knightsbridge Residences and Trump Tower in Makati City. – Rappler.com
