MANILA, Philippines – DoubleDragon Properties Corp., through its subsdiary CityMall Commercial Centers Inc. (CMCCI) of Jollibee Foods owner Tony Tan Caktiong and Mang Inasal founder Edgar “Injap” Sia II, is set to build its second mall in Cebu.
