MANILA, Philippines – A new music video featuring The Black Eyed Peas’ apl.de.ap, also known as Allan Pineda Lindo Jr, and American Idol season 11 runner-up Jessica Sanchez — both proudly half-Filipino — is quickly gaining views on YouTube after it was posted on October 19.

The video for the song “Jump Into Life” is directed by international Canadian commercial and music video director Marc André Debruyne.

Watch the video here:

apl.de.ap is an ambassador for peace, part of the I Am for Peace campaign launched in Malacanang last September 14. Other celebrities who are part of the campaign are Gerald Anderson, Anne Curtis, Epi Quizon, Megan Young, Christian Bautista, Noel Cabangon, Rovilson Fernandez and designer JC Buendia, among others (they are 18 in all).

Jessica, meanwhile, was recently in the country for her final American Idol season 11 concert with her fellow finalists, followed by her launch as an endorser for retail brand Bench and fastfood brand Jollibee.
