MANILA, Philippines - Sen. Bong Revilla and actress Sam Pinto are teaming up for the second time in this year's Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry, Si Agimat, Si Enteng at Ako. (The film also stars Vic Sotto and Judy Ann Santos.)

The two first worked together in 2010's Si Agimat at Si Enteng Kabisote.

At the film's presscon last November 24 at Annabel's Restaurant in QC, Sen. Revilla called Sam and child actress Jillian Ward (who joins them in the movie) his "lucky charms."

"Ang suwerte ko sa leading lady. Hindi lang sexy, maganda pa (I'm lucky with my leading ladies. They're not just sexy, they're beautiful, too.)," the actor told the press. "They motivate me to stay fit."

Child star Jillian is also his co-star in the GMA 7 programs Kap's Amazing Stories and Indio.

When asked about his son Jolo and Jolo's rumored girlfriend, actress Jodi Sta. Maria, Sen. Revilla chose to keep mum and gave no comment.

Sen. Revilla will also star in the Iglesia ni Cristo-produced movie, Sugo, with wife Congresswoman Lani Mercado, Albert Martinez, Snooky Serna, Gladys Reyes and Richard Gomez. It will be released in 2014. - Rappler.com
