MANILA, Philippines - It's "baby boom" in Tinseltown, it seems, and celebrity fans count the months to when their favorite pregnant celeb gives birth.

Perhaps the most anticipated birth in 2013 is that of Prince William and Kate Middleton's baby, dubbed "royal baby" with his or her own Twitter hashtag #RoyalBaby.

Kate's pregnancy was announced in December 2012 to ecstatic Royal Family fans around the world. The Duchess of Cambridge suffered from severe morning sickness shortly after (also called hyperemesis gravidarum) and had to be hospitalized.

The most surprising pregnancy announcement, meanwhile, may that be of reality star Kim Kardashian.

Kim's pregnancy was announced boyfriend Kanye West while doing a New Year's show in Atlantic City on December 30:

Shortly after the announcement, the hashtags #KimYe and #KimYeBaby trended on Twitter.

Kim and Kanye might not have it easy, though, because Kim is still technically married to basketball player Kris Humphries. Hollywood Life reports that Kris is planning to "hold up" their divorce until after Kim gives birth.

What reportedly upsets Kim more is the news that Kris might try to get custody of her baby girl, because if she gives birth while still married to him, the child is "presumed" to be his.
