MANILA, Philippines - Where there are parties, we find celebrities.

Sinulog 2013's Grand Parade on January 20 was dubbed "the biggest party of the year," and the tradition is regarded as our own version of Brazil's Mardi Gras carnivale.

Celebrities took the opportunity to promote their upcoming projects in the event, joining the Grand Parade on board their respective network and program's float.
