MANILA, Philippines – He never spat on his neighbor’s face or threatened to kill him, said Justin Bieber in an article posted on TMZ.com on March 27.

The report was posted only hours before Bieber allegedly had a spat with a neighbor who accused the pop singer of driving his new Ferrari around the neighborhood at break-neck speed.

That morning, Bieber’s Ferrari had arrived in a flatbed truck and he took it for a ride around the subdivision in Calabasas, California. Many of his neighbors say he was driving insanely fast.

One of them, a 43-year-old businessman and father of 3, strode into Bieber’s property and screamed “You can’t drive like this!”

The man later told police deputies that Bieber had responded by saying, “Get the f___k out of here,” before spitting on the neighbor’s face and saying, “I’m gonna f___ing kill you.”

The man filed a battery report and said he is will not give up until the 19-year-old star is prosecuted.

But Bieber insisted that his neighbor is lying. Sources close to the singer told TMZ that though Bieber confronted the man who had stormed into his property, the argument never got physical.

Sources also said that Bieber believes he was in the right to argue with the trespasser. He insists that no spit ever left his mouth and that he did not threaten to harm his neighbor.

This is not the only time the pop star was accused of violent behavior. In May 2012, he was accused of hitting a photographer. –With reports from Pia Ranada/Rappler.com
