#MayForeverBa: Netizens await ‘Forevermore’ finale

MANILA, Philippines — May forever ba? (Is there such a thing as “forever”?) 

This 3-word query has been used a lot in casual conversations – sometimes as a means to make people laugh and sometimes as an excuse to share their disappointments about love.

You’ve probably been hearing this question a lot lately. It’s all because of ABS-CBN’s romantic comedy series Forevermore. 

Forevermore is the story of Xander (Enrique Gil), heir to the Grande fortune, and Agnes (Liza Soberano), a strawberry farmer in a small Cordillera village. 

After almost 7 months of broadcast, the series will end on Friday, May 22, generating all kinds of reactions in social media. It became the top trending topic of the day.

The episode finalé will see whether Xander’s love for La Presa, which led him to sacrifice a lot in the past – even leaving behind his love, is enough to make him believe in forever with Agnes again.

The show trended almost every night on Twitter since its airing. 

But not even Forevermore is forever (pun intended).
