FULL LIST: Winners, nominees at 2014 MTV Movie Awards

MANILA, Philippines – As usual, it was a mixed bag this year at the 2014 MTV Movie Awards.

Among the nominees for the categories (acting and film) were several of the same movies that were also Oscar and Golden Globe favorites: 12 Years a Slave, Dallas Buyers Club, American Hustle. But crowd favorites like This is the End, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and Thor: The Dark World also garnered multiple nominations as well.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire was this year’s big winner, winning Movie of the Year and both lead acting awards for Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson. Internet and fan favorites Jennifer Lawrence and Shailene Woodley were even nominated for multiple projects: Jennifer won Best Female Performance and was nominated for Best Fight for Catching Fire, and was also nominated for Best Kiss and Best Musical Moment for American Hustle. Shailene Woodley’s Tris (from Divergent) won Favorite Character, but Shailene was also nominated with co-star Miles Teller for Best Kiss in The Spectacular Now.
