MANILA, Philippines – In celebration of its diamond jubilee year, Quezon City is holding the QCinema International Film Festival, set for November 5-11 at Trinoma mall.

Thirty-eight film,s including major Oscar contenders, are part of the line-up, including films created with production grants, and children’s classics.

The  embassy of the Netherlands will also hold a premier of the movie Lilet Never Happened on November 6, 6:00 PM. The film, which won Best Youth Film in the Copenhagen Buster Film Festival, tells the story of  Sandy Talag or Lilet, a child sex worker.
