WATCH: How VJ Yambao proposed to Camille Prats

 MANILA, Philippines – The wedding proposal video of Camille Prats and John “VJ” Yambao” has been released.

On her website iamcamilleprats.com, Camille wrote how she will never forget the special day.

“A surprise I didn’t see coming. A milestone I am glad to take. 🙂 Thank you to all our dearest friends for being there to witness this unforgettable day of our lives. My ever supportive family who are always there to cry with me in times of pain and celebrate with me in times of happiness. To my destiny, my fiance, thank you for giving me this beautiful night that will always bring a smile on my face everytime I think about this day. 🙂

In the two minute video, Camille’s brother John shared how they were preparing for the surprise propsal. Camille’s son Nathan even said “Mommy, this is for you.”

Camille was later seen being escorted by Nathan to the area, where a projector was located.

VJ, who was holding a bouquet of roses said that the day finally arrived and he wanted to let Camille know that he loves her.

“Mahal na mahal kita (I love you so much). I want to spend the rest of my life with you,” he said. VJ later knelt before her with the ring in his hand.

Last July 18, VJ proposed to Camille at the Prats’ resort in Batangas. In an interview on 24 Oras, Camille said she was not expecting any surprise since she thought they were just going to dinner.

Camille’s family was present to witness the proposal as well as friends and the staff of Mars, the show Camille hosts on GMA. (READ: Camille Prats shares romantic proposal story)

The couple will wed in 2017. Before proposing, VJ asked for the blessing of Camille’s family.

This is the second marriage for Camille. She was married to Anthon Linsangan in 2008. Anthony died of cancer in 2011. They have a son, Nathaniel Caesar. – Rappler.com
