"I have evidence, I have messages from my co-stars, from the management, from the staff, that alam naman namin lahat ang totoo," says Cristine

MANILA, Philippines – Cristine Reyes’ has spoken up once again to respond to Vivian Velez’s accusations that she was rude to her on set.

In an interview with TV Patrol, Cristine reiterated that she had never sent the veteran actress out of their shared dressing room, addressing one among several other accusations hurled against her.

“It’s not true that I sent her out,” said Cristine. “I just want to clarify all the accusations. Wala akong pinapaalis na kahit sino sa dressing room, kahit sinong kasama ko, never ko ho ‘yun gagawin (I never sent anyone out of the dressing room, no matter who I’m with, I would never do that).”

TV Patrol reported that it wasn’t until Cristine had to share a room with Vivian that she experienced the veteran actress’ “attitude problem.”

Cristine also mentioned that her co-stars and the production’s staff backed her up when it came to Vivian’s alleged false accusations.

“I have evidence, I have messages from my co-stars, from the management, from the staff, that alam naman namin lahat ang totoo (we all know the truth), that you were lying about me,” said Cristine.

In an interview with PEP following her resignation, Vivian said, “Regarding my character on the show, they have no choice. My resignation is irrevocable.”

Cristine revealed, however, in the TV Patrol report, that there was already talk of having Vivian removed from the show. “She found out already that papatayin yung character niya sa soap namin na Tubig at Langis (her character in our soap, Tubig at Langis, was going to be killed off). Why? Because everybody was complaining about her, especially the production staff.

After her resignation, Vivian said in an interview with PEP that she would finish the rest of her scenes, only if Cristine isn’t in them.

Soon after, Cristine defended herself in a separate statement, saying that the tension was because of “gaps in the communication between the production staff, Ms Vivian, and myself” – corroborating a statement from the Tubig at Langis production team.

The two actresses worked on the set of Tubig at Langis, which also stars Isabelle Daza and Zanjoe Marudo. – Rappler.com
