MANILA, Philippines – TV host and actress Iya Villania and husband Drew Arellano were joined by their family and friends for the mom-to-be’s baby shower on Sunday, August 7 at Maximo Comfort Cuisine in Quezon City.

The event was attended by couple’s friends from the teen TV show Click, which was on of their early shows together.

Among those spotted were Valerie Concepcion, Denise Laurel, and Tricia Roman.

In an interview last July during a GoBear event, Iya said that she and Drew are looking forward to the changes that will happen once their bundle of joy has arrived.

She is scheduled to give birth around September.

“I’m looking forward to just having a baby in the house. I’m looking forward to the energy that the baby will bring. I’m looking forward to breastfeeding, I’m looking forward to seeing Drew as a papa.” 

“I’m looking forward to when he starts to mumble random things, starts to walk, starts to say funny things… I’m looking forward to everything even the dirty nappies,” she said. – Rappler.com
