I want everyone to know I am okay now and I’m scheduled for surgery on Friday. This experience has definitely taught me a few things but it hasn’t discouraged me at all when it comes to cycling and triathlon. In fact it has motivated me to come back even stronger. Thank you for the love guys. Ingat lagi (Take care),” he said.

Jake recently joined the Ironman 70.3. He is also part of the upcoming show Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin, starring Gerald Anderson and Kim Chiu, where he will play the role of a triathlete. – Rappler.com
