MANILA, Philippines – Get ready for bright lights and a whole lot of noise as the annual International Pyro-Musical Competition lights up SM Mall of Asia, starting February 7. 

Back in March 2014, the Royal Pyrotechnie of Canada brought home the grand champion trophy. Check out their amazing displays below:

 

Now on its 6th year, 11 countries will gather at MOA to see some of the best fireworks shows fill the sky with colors and lights amidst the beautiful backdrop of Manila Bay. 

There are two countries set to compete per week at 7:30 every Saturday from February 7 to March 14. The Philippines will kick off the event with an exhibition, represented by Platinum Fireworks Inc. 

Japan will begin as the first competitor at 8:30, while Italy and Brazil light up Valentine’s Day, February 14. Mexico and the Netherlands are set to display on February 21, followed by Portugal and Sweden on February 28. Canada and the US teams open the first March weekend on March 4, and the finale performance will be from China on March 14. 

The Philippines will then officially close the competition with another world-class presentation.

Admission tickets for the dazzling pyromusical displays at the SM By the Bay Seaside Boulevard of SM Mall of Asia range from P1,500 for patrons, inclusive of dinner,  VIP (P500), Gold (P300), and Silver (P100). These are available at Ticketworld, SM Tickets and at Ticketnet outlets.
