Sarah Geronimo on Gerald Anderson, Rayver Cruz

MANILA, Philippines – Pop star Sarah Geronimo said that things are okay between her and Gerald Anderson and Rayver Cruz, both linked to her in the past. 

In an interview on Gandang Gabi Vice Sunday, July 5, Sarah said that the last time she experienced a heartbreak was in 2012.

 “Pero okay na kami ni Ge. Okay na kami,” Sarah said of her co-star in the movie Catch I’m In Love and Won’t Last A Day Without You.

(But Ge and I are okay. We’re okay.)

Gerald courted Sarah at one point, but stopped pursuing her afterwards.

As to whether she has forgiven another source of heartbreak, Sarah said: “oo” (yes), referring to Rayver, said to be her first boyfriend.

“Okay na rin kami, okay na rin.” (We’re also okay) 

Does she consider Rayver as a friend?

“Ah, sakto lang. Mahirap namang… ‘pag nagkikita kami, okay kami,” she said.

(Just right. It’s a little hard…when we see each other, we’re okay)

When asked if she was opened to a possible dance number with Rayver, Sarah said: “Ah, nahiya ako, e… pag-iisipan ko muna.”

(Ah, I’m shy…I’ll think about it.) 

Sarah, who currently in a relationship with actor Matteo Guidicelli said that while she is enjoying their time together, they also have their problems. In an earlier part of the show,  Vice asked Matteo if there were instances where guys may have attempted to steal Sarah from him, referring to the song “Steal My Girl.”

As for Sarah’s reaction, she said: Oo. Wala naman kasi! Syempre, di ako magpapa-steal!” 

(Yes. There’s no one [attempting to steal]. Of course I wll not allow myself to be stolen.)
