Aquino on Arroyo arrest: The guilty must pay

MANILA, Philippines – Upon his arrival from the ASEAN Summit in Bali, Indonesia, President Aquino comments on the arrest of former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo for alleged poll fraud in 2007. He says Arroyo will have a fair trial but stresses that her arrest is a fruit of his anti-corruption campaign. He says, “The guilty must pay.”
