MANILA, Philippines - It was published March 12, 2012 but, for some reason, YouTube user Julian Burett's video "Best Friends - a kid, a dog and a puddle" went around on January 14, 2013.
It is a one-minute short that shows a toddler walking with a sharpei.
It's what the sharpei does that makes the video endearing, earning it 4,924,151 views as of writing.
