One of the newer ones to gain more attention in recent months has been the BF Saturday Market of BF Homes in Parañaque City – itself a haven for those looking for beloved holes-in-the-wall and cozy eateries. (READ: Exploring the Greenfield Weekend Market)

Muncheria 

This stall offers Porchetta, whole-roasted pork loin and belly. P625 (quarter-375g) P1250 (half-750g) P2500 (whole-1.5kg)

  

There’s also the Pulled Brisket (P250), slow-cooked beef brisket with pineapple onion whiskey relish and brioche. 

Belly Good Roast Beef 

This roast beef (P180) served here comes with homemade mashed potatoes or rice. 

JJ’s chorizo paella and callos  

The pan holding the chorizo paella gets empty quick by local customers, so come first before touring the location. P180 per serving. 

Antinero Aquaponic Farms  

You can get both packaged goods as well as other dishes, like the daingsilog (P120) here. 

Falaco Tacos 

What’s a toffeedilla? It’s a dessert “toffee quesadilla,” which you can get with a pair of tacos for P160 at Falaco Tacos. 

Juan Longganisa 

Longganisa, a favorite breakfast treat, comes in different flavors throughout the country and Juan Longganisa sells a variety of them. The longganisa from Cebu is sweet, Vigan is garlicky and there’s spicy chilli from Calumpit.

Visit here for fresh-squeezed sugar cane juice wiht different flavors like tubo carrot, calamansi, coconut, and mango, ranging from P50 to P80. 

Boom’s Cold Brew Coffee

They use locally sourced single-origin Barako coffee beans for their product. They also sell coffee beans and bottled coffee concentrate, which can be used as a base for coffee flavored beverages and cocktails. There are also ready-to-drink options, in pure black barako, vanilla, and mexican flavors (P130 per bottle). 

Lokalitea  

This stall sells all-natural turmeric tea (P50 per bottle). Curcumin, found in turmeric, is supposed to have anti-inflammatory properties that may help relieve those aches and pains.

Aside from the hot dishes served at the market, you can also get some goodies to take home:

Fresh seafood from Roxas City, Capiz 

Fresh shrimp, scallops, and talaba. 

There are also stalls selling veggies and fresh fruits, for those who want to do more cooking at home. 

The Dairy Farm manila 

  

Homemade dairy products abound here, including butter (P175 plain, P200 garlic/spring onion/rosemary), white cheese (P130 plain, P150 garlic/lemon herb). 

Greenola 

My favorite here is the “Nutty de Choco,” a mix of premium almonds, cashew, and chocolate chips. The dried cranberries add sour-sweet notes to the snack. (P99 for 100 grams).

Crispylet 

  

Crispy treats of fried calamares, shrimp, squid fillet, crablets, chicken skin, and tawilis. (P50 / cup, P100/box). 

Alcalde’s

Canned goodies with different options. There’s gourmet daing,” Unicorn fish in olive oil,”  (P250), gourmet tuyo, “Dried herring in olive oil,” (P250), pickled ampalaya, “Bitter gourd in cider vinegar,” (P150).  

Take Root 

Come for snacks like kale mix chips (P220 per pack) in flavors like margherita pizza and vegan cheese, or you can get fresh kale and organiz eggs.
