Are Pia Wurtzbach and Dr. Mike dating?

MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – Is Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach seeing anyone? The Filipino-German beauty is reportedly dating Mikhail Varshavski aka Dr Mike after meeting each other during a dinner with friends at New York Fashion Week, say US media reports. Talking to entertainment website Wonderwall, Dr. Mike said that he is indeed dating the beauty queen.

“I am dating Pia. It’s a fairly new relationship but I’m really excited to see where it can go!” he said.

E! News reported the same, saying that the two have started dating. 

Pia has yet to confirm anything. 

In a recent Q & A on Extra, where she and Miss USA Olivia Jordan answered questions, one person asked what was “the real score” between them. Pia teased: “Sa tamang panahon (In the right time.)” 

In a video posted on March 12, Pia said to fans: “No, there’s no specific someone in my life. This is the specific someone,” gesturing to her sash. “This is the priority.”

Dr Mike and Pia have been appearing on Snapchat together at times, though. 

In a chat with BuzzFeed Philippines, the topic of Dr Mike indirectly came up when she was asked whether she played a Final Fantasy game with someone. Pia answered yes, and when asked if she’s “cooler than him,” Pia just smiled and laughed. The “cooler than him” is in reference to one of the Snapchat pictures she and Dr Mike had together.

Recently, another photo of them was taken via Snapchat. In the photo, the two are next to each other with the caption “She’s judging me.”

 

Here’s another photo from Snapchat Pia took with the caption “Who sits like that? I’m definitely cooler.”

 

Rumors of their relationship swirled when Pia supposedly posted an “In a Relationship” status with Dr. Mike on her personal Facebook page. The status has since been deleted.

Last February, Pia posted a photo of her and Dr. Mike post-workout.
