LOOK: Pia Wurtzbach celebrates birthday in Manila

MANILA, Philippines – It’s Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach’s birthday on Saturday, September 24, and she flew back home to Manila to celebrate the special day with her fans.

On Saturday, Pia’s friend and former pageant trainer Jonas Gaffud posted a photo of Pia’s fans – also known as the “Pianatics” – on Instagram, captioning it, “Celebrating [Pia Wurtzbach’s] birthday with the Pianatics.”

He also thanked the restaurant Naxional for hosting Pia’s 27th birthday party.

Later, he posted a photo of himself with the birthday girl, who was all decked out in a red dress, bangs, and of course, her Miss Universe sash.

Pia herself hasn’t posted anything about her birthday yet, but the Miss Universe Organization greeted her on social media, saying: “HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our queen! You are a remarkable example of confidence, elegance, hard work, kindness and dedication. We hope this coming year is even better than the last!”
