MANILA, Philippines – The 2013 Miss Universe Preliminary Competition took place on Tuesday evening, November 5 (Wednesday morning, November 6, Philippine time), in Crocus City Hall, Moscow, Russia. The coronation night on November 9 (November 10, Philippine time) will be held in the same venue.
