MANILA, Philippines – If you’ve ever fancied having a fruit juice smoothie from Jamba Juice while having a salad at the Olive Garden, you can now pay for it with a Facebook Card.

Facebook has announced the rollout of its very own gift card in the US. Dubbed the Facebook Card, the reusable gift card is currently partnered with Jamba Juice, Olive Garden, Sephora, and Target.

The Facebook Card allows users to choose individual amounts to put into each partnered retailer. As Facebook’s announcement explains, users can thus have “gift balances of US$100 at Sephora, $75 at Target, $50 at Olive Garden, and $8.25 at Jamba Juice.”

Gift balances can be checked through an interface on Facebook and, after purchasing a gift card and receiving it in the mail, you can also receive status updates when the balance of the card gets used. – Rappler.com
