Kaspersky launches its the newest iteration of its Endpoint business security platform

NEW ENDPOINT. Kaspersky's Business Development Manager Bryan Sat discusses the dangers of today's connected world.

MANILA, Philippines – On Friday, March 8, Kaspersky unveiled the latest generation of its business security platform.

Known as Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business, the security platform offers businesses the various types of protection they need, such as anti-malware functions, mobile security and device management, data encryption, and systems management capabilities. The protection can be done all from a single administrative console on an IT administrator’s computer.

Kaspersky touts their new Endpoint system is customizable and also comes in a number of specific tiers. Businesses can acquire everything from a core anti-malware feature for its systems to a complete protective network suite that allows for everything from app, device, and web control to data encryption and systems management.

The new Endpoint platform also allows for management of all operating system types, with IT administrators being able to fine-tune the management of businesses that allow for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) initiatives.

Jimmy Fong, Channel Sales Director for Kasperky Lab in Southeast Asia, noted the importance of appropriate protection for businesses in this increasingly connected time. “This is the age of high-profile targeted attacks directed towards the enterprise sector which means accessing classified, highly-valuable data translates to more money for cybercriminals than if they were to target individual Internet users.”

Fong adds, “I am confident that our Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business will provide companies of all sizes the protection it needs against data breaches and malware attacks.” – Rappler.com
