MANILA, Philippines - YouTube has officially released a new viewing mode for everyone, especially YouTube video makers, to take advantage of.

YouTube says the new look, known as One Channel view, is meant "to make your new channel look great on browsers across all screens and devices." The move also aims to help channel owners turn viewers into subscribers, by having a slot for a channel trailer. Organization of videos and playlists is also possible, allowing users to tailor the look to fit one's programming strategy better.

Opting into the One Channel viewing mode is as simple as visiting the One Channel page and allowing the YouTube to weave its magic on your page.

The folks at YouTube suggest making a trailer video for your channel and having a representative image for your channel's cover ready when you decide to make the switch.
