MANILA, Philippines – University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman students proved their mettle over the weekend at the World Supremacy Battlegrounds.

Billed as ‘the most dynamic’ and ‘the biggest and most prestigious international street dance competition in the Southern Hemisphere’, World Supremacy Battlegrounds gathered over 1,000 dancers from Asia, as well as from Canada, Ecuador, Mexico, and South Africa.

On its 11th year of international competition, it was the #UPeepz, a UP Diliman College of Human Kinetics-based hip-hop dance group, that bested over 150 other crews.
