MANILA, Philippines – The Marines’ “Football for Peace” campaign has expanded from Sulu to Cotabato and Maguindanao.
The 1st Marine brigade, through the Marine battalion landing team, will be launching its leg of the peace program in Cotabato and Maguindanao on Saturday, September 1. Commanding officer Lt Col Custudio Parcon, a medal of valor awardee and football fan, will launch the program in Cotabato City.
