This was president-elect Rodrigo Duterte’s winning campaign slogan. After getting a decisive mandate from millions of Filipino voters in the 2016 elections, Duterte has started to form his administration.

His transition committee earlier suggested that the incoming Cabinet will be patterned after Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s gender-balanced, youthful team.
