#ReliefPH: Time to help #MarioPH evacuees
With thousands of residents in Luzon affected by Tropical Storm Mario in evacuation centers, it's time once again to lend a hand and ease their discomfort

MANILA, Philippines – Thousands of people were left homeless or stranded after Tropical Strom Mario pounded Metro Manila and nearby provinces with heavy rains.

Residents in low-lying areas in Metro Manila such as Marikina and parts of Quezon City were forced to evacuate in the early morning of September 19, Friday. Many more were voluntarily asked to leave their homes when rains continued throughout the day and flood waters reached as high as 2 meters in some areas.
