MANILA, Philippines - A magnutude 3.8 earthquake shook parts of central Luzon on Wednesday, October 31, including Metro Manila.
The epicenter of the quake was located northeast of Doña Remedios Trinidad, Bulacan, with depth of focus at 13 km.
It struck at 10:07 am, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
Intensity III was felt in Quezon, Pasig, Makati, and Taguig cities.
