MANILA, Philippines - Colleagues of Sarangani Rep Manuel "Manny" Pacquiao in the House of Representatives could not believe the outcome of his match against Mexican Juan Manuel Marquez on Sunday, December 9.
But they were quick to comfort him by declaring - on Twitter - that for them, he's still the best fighter.
