MANILA, Philippines - The House of Representatives is expected to put to a vote the Reproductive Health Bill on Wednesday, December 12. Supporters and opponents of the bill are at the Batasang Pambansa to observe the voting. If approved, a Reproductive Health law will, among others, mandate government to make family planning methods and tools accessible to poor families.
