CAMP AGUINALDO, Philippines — The Philippine Air Force (PAF) is offering helicopter rescues for stranded victims of the monsoon rains. 

“We can provide helicopter rescue. We have 7 helicopters in Metro Manila and 4 in Clark. The helicopters are on standby and may be deployed anytime, weather permitting,” said Air Force spokesperson Col Miguel Okol.
