Tuesday rain floods Metro Manila

MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED as of 5:50 pm) – Heavy rain and thunderstorms on Tuesday afternoon, September 10, caused flooding in many parts of Metro Manila, making certain streets impassable to vehicles.
