MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Police is on a manhunt for the 13 co-accused of Senators Jinggoy Estrada and Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr who have yet to surrender to authorities as of Tuesday, June 24.

In a memorandum to the PNP Deputy Chief for Operations dated June 24, the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) provided an update on who among the co-accused of the senators in plunder and graft cases have and have not posted bail.

“The Manhunt ICARUS of CIDG is continuously monitoring the other co-accused of Senators Revilla Jr and Estrada for their possible arrest and subsequent return of warrant to the Sandiganbayan,” Senior Superintendent Eliseo Tam Rasco said in the memo.

Rasco said that among Estrada’s co-accused in connection with the so-called “pork barrel” scam, those who remain at large as of 12 pm on June 24 are:

  • Pauline Therese Mary C. Labayen
  • John Raymund De Asis
  • Romulo Relevo
  • Antonio Y. Ortiz
  • Emmanuel Alexis G. Sevidal
  • Sofia D. Cruz
  • Evelyn Sugcang

De Asis, Ortiz, Sevidal, Cruz and Sucgang are also among the co-accused of Revilla.

The senator’s other co-accused who have yet to surrender to authorities and post bail as of June 24 noontime are:

  • Ronald John Lim
  • Myla Ogerio
  • Laarni A. Uy
  • Allan A. Javellana
  • Maria Julie A. Villaralvo-Johnson
  • Ofelia E. Ordonez

Rasco said that so far, the 16 of Estrada’s co-accused have been accounted for and 19 for Revilla.

 The anti-graft court Sandiganbayan’s 1st Division issued warrants for the arrest of Revilla and 32 others on June 19. The senator surrendered and posted bail that same day. 

The Sandiganbayan’s 5th Division issued warrants for the arrest of Estrada and his co-accused on June 23 and like Revilla, he heeded the court’s order hours later and posted bail.

As of June 24, 19 of Revilla’s co-accused have posted bail, while 16 of Estrada’s co-accused have secured temporary liberty.
