BACOLOD CITY, Philippines - Team PNoy campaigned in vote-rich Negros Occidental province on Friday, February 23. The province with about 1.57 voters is the final stop of the administration ticket on Week 2 of the campaign period.
The Diocese of Bacolod pulled a surprise when it launched a campaign against 7 senatorial candidates who supported the Reproductive Health law. Five of them are running under Team PNoy. The church welcomed Team PNoy with huge tarpaulins referring to Pro-RH candidates as "Team Patay." The campaign rally was held at the city plaza located across the street from the church.
