MANILA, Philippines (2nd UPDATE) – Cavite’s re-electionist Governor Juanito Victor “Jonvic” Remulla of Magdalo-Lakas was leading his lone challenger, former governor Erineo “Ayong” Maliksi, by 50,694 votes, as of 9:25 am on Tuesday, May 14.
