MANILA, Philippines - After 14 years, the Reproductive Health (RH) bill made it through 3rd and final reading in both chambers of Congress.

Citizens and solons – both pro- and anti-RH bill – trooped to social media to express what they felt about the historic passage of the bill. Here's what they said:
