MANILA, Philippines – Typhoon Goring has left the Philippine Area of Responsibility early Saturday morning, July 25, said state weather bureau PAGASA. 
As of 4 am, the eye of the typhoon was located at 1,045 km northeast of Basco, Batanes. It has maximum sustained winds of 130 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 160 km/h. It is moving northwest in direction at 15 km/h.
Meanwhile, the low pressure area is now at 350 km east northeast of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. 
Isabela, Cagayan, and the islands of Batanes, Calayan, and Babuyan will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms on Saturday. 
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms.
Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the southwest over Luzon, and from the south to southwest over the rest of the country.
